New page added to is that site down which view the statue of most vistied sited on the web , i added them in one list .
this list checks if youtube,facebook,yahoo,google,wikipedia,ask,rapidshare,blogger,wordpress and twitter is up.

Is that site down is a free service that give you the statue of your site telling you if it is realy down or it is ISP problem and appears offline only for you .
Why your site may be offline :
1- It may be OS problem in DNS Cache part .
2- Problem from ISP or being banned it .
3- Your Host have problem .
